Before your call, though, there are a few really important things you must do:
1) Put a reminder in your phone for our call!
You can do this right in your phones calendar app. You will also get a text from our team, an email confirmation, and a few reminders leading up to the call.
2) Make a list of questions and concerns to discuss for our call.
We know that you will have a lot of questions - that's okay! Make a list so that we don't forget to answer anything while we're talking.
3) If you should need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 24-hours in advance.
We know your time is valuable and we want to make sure we can best serve you. Our spots book up so it is important that you show up for our call.
4) Take some time to watch the videos below!
They'll give you some great insight for what you can expect with the Beyond Breath program.
